SMS Program Privacy Policy — Blessed & Grateful AI Personal Assistant

This policy covers the Blessed & Grateful AI personal assistant text-messaging program operated by Sean Donnelly, sole proprietor, reachable at +1 (352) 706-4152. It applies to the messaging program only and is separate from, and in addition to, this store's general privacy policy.

What this program is: a private, personal AI assistant service. The account owner texts the program's number with his own questions and requests (reminders, scheduling help, everyday information) and the assistant texts back. The account owner is the program's sole recipient. This number sends no marketing, no promotions, and no bulk messages.

Information collected: the participant's mobile number, the content of messages sent to the program, and standard delivery information. This information is used solely to provide assistant replies and reminders the participant has requested.

What we never do: we do not sell, rent, or share participant information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent: participation is by personal request only, and messaging begins only when the participant sends the first text message to the program's number from their own phone. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with the participant's own use. Message and data rates may apply.
