Ti Amo. These are the terms under which the Blessed & Grateful shop operates. (Ti Amo carries the spirit of ‘Ultimate Positive Regard’ here).

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

About our prices. We display prices in US dollars. Prices may change without notice but we honor the price shown on a product page at the time you place your order.

About our trademarks. Blessed & Grateful is a registered trademark of Sean Donnelly (USPTO Reg. No. 7,823,442), used under license by Blessed & Grateful AI, LLC. The wordmark, the heart graphic, and the tagline "Love All, All Is One" are protected. You can wear the merchandise we sell, share it, gift it, photograph it, and post about it freely. You cannot reproduce the wordmark or our design files for resale or commercial use without our written permission.

About our products. Every item is made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. Production and shipping windows are estimates and depend on factors outside our control. We will communicate any meaningful delays.

About your account, if you create one. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at support@blessedandgrateful.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of the shop is the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Blessed & Grateful AI, LLC is registered.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version always lives at our shop's Terms of Service page.
