SMS Program Terms of Service — Blessed & Grateful AI Personal Assistant

These terms govern the Blessed & Grateful AI personal assistant text-messaging program operated by Sean Donnelly, sole proprietor, at +1 (352) 706-4152.
- The program provides conversational AI assistant replies — reminders, scheduling help, and everyday information — to the account owner, who is the program's sole recipient.
2. Enrollment is by personal request only. Messaging begins when the participant sends the first text message to the program's number from their own phone; that first message is the opt-in.
3. Message frequency varies with the participant's own use. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
4. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; one final confirmation message will be sent, and no further messages will follow. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact sean@blessedandgrateful.com.
5. The assistant is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911. The assistant's answers may contain mistakes; verify important information independently.
6. No purchase is required to use the program, and the program sends no marketing or promotional content.
7. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
